Are the buckets really hand-painted?
Yes. Every candy bucket is painted by hand, so small variations in brushwork and placement are expected — no two are exactly alike.
How long until my order ships?
Many of our buckets are hand-painted to order. Each product page lists its fulfillment details — for example, our sports buckets ship via USPS within 1–2 days. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
How much is shipping in the U.S.?
Standard U.S. shipping is $8 (estimated 3–5 days in transit) and Express is $15 (estimated 1–2 days). Choose your option at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Europe. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply.
When should I order for Halloween?
Order early. Each bucket is painted by hand, and international orders spend longer in transit. Check the delivery estimate shown at checkout before you place your order.
Can the buckets hold candy?
Yes — they're designed to hold candy for trick-or-treating and can be reused as party décor or storage. Candy and costumes are not included.
How do I care for a hand-painted bucket?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Don't soak, scrub, put it in the dishwasher, or expose it to excessive heat. Store indoors when not in use.
