Returns and exchanges

Every Savored Roots item is handmade, and many are hand-painted to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Small variations in hand-painted designs are part of each piece's character and aren't considered defects.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@savoredroots.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you to your original payment method.
